We are three blocks to beach access (.2 miles) and located just south of downtown St. Augustine and close to everything St. Augustine has to offer, you’ll be glad you chose to stay at our home. We also have "Island Retreat" available which is located right behind Island Breeze. Both properties can be rented together "Island Oasis" and you can access each property by a gate located in the rear of the yard's privacy fence. ** No Pets Allowed - No Exceptions ** ** Pool Is Solar Heated At No Additional Charge **

★ MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK ★ ★ SOLAR HEATED POOL ★ Please note that the pool is solar heated and depends on the amount of sunlight that the solar panels are exposed to. It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ STARTER SET OF ESSENTIALS ★ We provide a starter set of essential toiletries to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
